Bryan Patrick Todd: Everybody Matters Mural

In my experience, I’ve found that designers are generally a very compassionate group of people. Over the years working on DWL I’ve loved seeing and sharing all of the projects designers are initiating on their own to benefit the greater good. So this project by Bryan Patrick Todd immediately caught my eye. As part of a group show entitled “We Made This for You,” he chose to create a piece of artwork for a charity he admired, Boys & Girls Haven in Louisville, KY, a home that serves abandoned, abused and neglected children. He came up with a very simple, yet meaningful message, “Everybody Matters,” which he beautifully illustrated and installed in large scale above the facility’s gymnasium entrance.
