I don’t know about you, but for me the new year means taking a fresh look at my business, assessing what’s working and what needs to change, and determining goals for the coming year. I wouldn’t say I particularly enjoy the business side of running a design studio, but it’s an area where I am always trying to improve my skills so that I can run things around here more smoothly.
