Honolulu Cookie Company stood out amongst all the beachy, touristy shops in Lahaina center. I was immediately drawn to their sophisticated color palette of mint green, silver and chocolate brown, as well as their simple and elegant packaging. The cookies, which are shaped like miniature pineapples, are also delicious.
