Inflated/Deflated is a collaborative project by three Chicago-based creatives: Jillian Barthold, Lauren Connolly, and Kady Dennell, with photography by Nathan Legsdin. Each colorful deflated balloon features a hand-lettered message ranging from the humorous to heartfelt. New additions are updated via their blog, and prints of the pieces—which I have to say would make an amazing graphic statement if you had a large wall to feature a grid of them—are available on Etsy.
