José Cabaco is Nike’s Concept Creative Director at the C.O.D.E. (Center of Design Excellency) in Global Design . What else needs to be said? His Instagram account is seriously amazing, with over 11,000 inspiring photos, which made it incredibly difficult to narrow down what to share in this post!

José was born in Mozambique before moving to Portugal where he studied industrial design at IADE. In 2001 he started his own agency, Home, which merged with Grey in 2002. He then became Creative Director for Nike Europe at Wieden+Kennedy before moving to the flagship office in Portland, Oregon. He left Wieden+Kennedy for a brief stint at Euro (now Havas) before returning to Nike.

José captures everything from patterns and textures to architecture and scenes from his travels. Even the most simple subjects, like a bike rack or a light fixture, leave you wondering how those objects might inspire his own creativity.
