As I mentioned earlier in the week, I am very much interested in designers’ personal projects. So naturally, my interest was piqued by From Cover to Cover, a project by Jenny Volvovski (one third of the design team at ALSO) where she redesigns the covers of the books as she finishes reading them. In order to keep the designs cohesive she gave herself a few constraints: a choice of green black or white for color, Futura, typewriter or handwriting for text and scanned paper or drawing for the image.
