You may not know the name Jesse Ragan, but you certainly know his typefaces. Since his graduation from RISD in 2001 he’s contributed to many HF&J favorites—Archer, Gotham, Sentinel—and Darden Studio’s Omnes, just to name a few. He recently launched a brand new site (also beautifully designed) that features all of his typefaces and lettering work, including those we all know and love. But I was especially drawn to his custom work for V Magazine, a gorgeous high contrast sans serif that acts as the publication’s primary typeface. Take a look for yourself right here.
