I love the illustration style that Masha Shachaf has developed—the combination of textures, layered imagery and off-kilter proportions she often uses in her pieces gives each one a sense of playfulness that I’m really drawn to. I also have to mention this little blurb from her bio that made me pause: I was born to be a Mozart, a mountain mover, a super hero. but for now I’m enjoying exploring the overlapping areas of visual communication and art. Love that.
