Mirth & Co. is a two-person, bookbinder and designer team out of Austin, Texas. Their “purpose is to provide products to help people engage with the finer things in life, like the ideas we conceive, the people we love, and the places we inhabit.” For their initial product line, they’ve developed a series of notebooks in five sizes, three exterior colors and two interior page style options. Each one is sewn by hand with linen thread, allowing for a stronger, longer-lasting binding, and a higher quality product overall.
They currently have a Kickstarter project up that seeks support for this initial launch, and will allow them to purchase materials print and produce the notebooks. They’ve got a couple weeks to go to achieve their goal, so head on over to Kickstarter and show them some support.
