Somehow I completely missed the release of the Clients from Hell book (based on the blog of the same name) back in 2010.

Rachel Shechtman’s latest retail narrative, which was edited by Cool Hunting, tells the story of New York. It looks awesome, and it’s open through August 19th—I can’t wait to check it out in person.
