Studio on Fire 2011 Calendar

I’m a big fan of Studio on Fire’s annual letterpress calendar. I’ve owned a couple of the past editions, and even had the privelege of working on some of the plates back when I worked at Boxcar Press. Each year they choose a theme, a color palette, and five artists to collaborate with, resulting in a unique yet cohesive set of designs. And this year the chosen theme is “Letter Form Genus”, which means the designs feature lots of type and hand-lettering.
