ABC is for Circus is a a children’s board book featuring the fantastical illustrations of Patrick Hruby. The book teaches children their ABC’s through the whimsical world of trapeze artists, snake charmers and circus animals depicted in his signature geometric style. I recently had the opportunity to review the book in person and I have to say the book is even more vibrant holding it in your hands. My favorite aspect of Patricks’s work is his use of color, and in this format it really jumps of the page.
