I’ve long been familiar with the work of Roberto de Vicq de Cumptich through projects such as Bembo’s Zoo and Type Calendar (I also just discovered How to Make Love to Your Type, which is pretty awesome.), but somehow I had never actually looked through his portfolio until recently. Unsurprisingly there is a plethora of excellent work to be seen, but I was most inspired by his book cover designs, most of which lean heavily towards typographic designs.
